Geely Auto Australia Joins Forces With Autosports Group

Chinese automaker Geely Auto Australia (GAA) is accelerating its national rollout with a new partnership with Autosports Group, one of the country’s largest luxury automotive retailers.

The first Autosports-operated Geely showroom will open on 18 August in Leichhardt, Sydney, marking another step in the brand’s rapid expansion since its Australian launch earlier this year.

A Fast-Growing National Presence

Since arriving in Australia in March 2025, Geely has already built a strong dealership footprint across seven states and territories. The company confirmed its first Darwin dealership will follow soon, completing coverage in the Northern Territory.

Autosports Group is best known for representing prestige brands such as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, and Polestar. The addition of Geely to its portfolio highlights how quickly the Chinese brand is building credibility in the local market.
