Its return is marked by the launch of the EX5, a mid-sized electric SUV with sharp pricing and an attractive feature set. Customer deliveries have now begun, and the company has revealed plans to establish a dealership network exceeding 100 locations in the coming years.

Geely has announced an initial 22 dealerships across Australia, covering every state and territory except the Northern Territory. Geely EX5: Pricing and Features
The EX5 aims to make its mark in the Australian EV market with aggressive pricing. Two variants are available:
- Complete – $40,990 (before on-road costs)
- Inspire – $44,990 (before on-road costs)
The SUV features a 60.22 kWh battery, delivering 430 km of WLTP range. It supports 100 kW DC fast charging, taking the battery from 30% to 80% in just 20 minutes. For home charging, it offers 11 kW AC charging and vehicle-to-load (V2L) capabilities with a discharge rate of up to 3.3 kW.
