2026 Renault Scenic E Tech opens for orders in Australia

Renault has officially opened order books for the 2026 Scenic E Tech, marking the return of the Scenic nameplate to Australia in a very different form. This time it arrives as a stylish, family friendly electric SUV aimed squarely at buyers considering mainstream options like the Toyota Corolla Cross and BYD Atto 3.

With first deliveries expected in December or January, Renault is positioning the Scenic E Tech as one of the most practical small EVs in the segment.

The Scenic E Tech launches in three variants, all front wheel drive:

• Techno EV60 – $55,990
• Techno Long Range EV87 – $59,990
• Esprit Alpine EV87 – $65,990

Renault says the first shipment will be the flagship Esprit Alpine, with the other two variants following shortly after.

The pricing suggests Renault may eventually reposition the Megane E Tech, which currently overlaps the Scenic.
