The company says the move is to reposition its 30 and 40 series ahead of the EX60 arrival. The EX60 is a new mid-size electric SUV expected in late 2026 or early 2027.

EX30 Price Cuts
The EX30 is Volvo's smallest electric SUV. It sits in the small SUV segment. Key competitors include the BYD Atto 3, MG ZS EV, and Tesla Model 3.
The EX30 is offered in Plus and Ultra trim levels with a single-motor rear-wheel drive setup. The Cross Country variant adds all-wheel drive.
