BYD Launches Cashback Offer on Atto 3

BYD secured third spot in electric vehicle (EV) sales in Australia for 2023, with the Atto 3 leading the charge with over 11,000 units sold. To celebrate this success and encourage more Australians to switch to EVs, BYD has launched a special cashback offer on run-out 2023 model-year stock, the 2023 BYD Atto 3.

The $2023 cashback will apply to every new purchase of an in-stock 2023 BYD Atto 3 SUV. The cashback offer is in place from 15 January 2024 to 31 March 2024.

Responding to the Cessation of State EV Incentives

The launch of the cashback deal coincides with the cessation of several state EV incentives for EVs across Australia, including those from Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. The value of these incentives ranged from $3,000 to $5,000 in savings off the driveaway price of the car. The cashback offer from BYD will make up for a good portion of the lost incentive value.

Both models are equipped with a 150 kW motor, enabling a swift 0-100 km/h acceleration in under 8 seconds.

The cash back offer will bring the 'price' (before on road costs and after the cash back is redeemed) of the Atto 3 Standard Range to $45,988 and the Atto 3 Extended Range to $48,988.
