What the offer is
BYD Australia is offering a 6% novated lease discount on eligible Atto 1, Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin and Sealion 7 vehicles. Orders must be placed between 1 October and 21 December 2026, with delivery by 31 January 2027.
The discount applies to the base vehicle list price. It excludes registration, CTP, stamp duty, dealer delivery and statutory charges. Metallic paint is an extra cost.

- Dolphin Essential and Dolphin Premium
- Sealion 7 Premium and Sealion 7 Performance
How much you save
The saving is 6% of the base list price, so the dollar value scales with the car. Against list prices before on-road costs:
- Sealion 7 Performance: $63,990 list, around $3,840 off
- Sealion 7 Premium: $54,990 list, around $3,300 off
- Atto 2 Dynamic: $31,990 list, around $1,920 off
- Dolphin Essential: $29,990 list, around $1,800 off
Confirm current list prices on the Atto 1, Atto 2 Premium, Atto 3 and Dolphin Premium with your dealer. The discount is calculated on list price, not on any advertised driveaway figure.
How to claim it
- The offer is available to eligible novated lease clients only.
- It must be processed through an approved fleet management organisation (FMO).
- Fleet customers, demonstrator vehicles and service loan vehicles are excluded.
- Transactions involving additional promotional offers or discounts are excluded.
Worth knowing
On the Sealion 7, the $4,000 cashback is worth more in raw dollars than the 6% discount, but the two cannot be combined. A novated lease also removes GST from the purchase price and is paid from pre-tax salary, so compare the total cost of both paths with your lease provider before deciding.
The Atto 1, Atto 2, Atto 3 and Dolphin are not part of the $4,000 cashback or the 0.99% finance campaign, so this is the main offer on those models. The Atto 1 Essential and Dolphin Essential have separate driveaway campaigns, which also cannot be combined with this discount.
