Interior and Technology
The cabin features BMW Panoramic Vision, a 43.3-inch (110cm) projection that spans the full width of the dashboard from A-pillar to A-pillar. It displays key vehicle information on a nano-coated black printed surface. There is also a 17.9-inch touchscreen, a 3D head-up display, and a Harman Kardon audio system.
The electronics architecture uses four high-performance computers, called "superbrains", covering driving dynamics, automated driving, infotainment, and comfort functions. BMW calls the drivetrain and dynamics management system the "Heart of Joy", which manages dynamic performance, precision and efficiency.
