Renault is bundling home charging with the launch of the new Megane E-Tech electric. Place a $200 online deposit before 31 December 2026 and you will receive a free FoxESS L-Series 7kW EV charger, valued at $749 RRP, once you take delivery of the vehicle.
The new Megane E-Tech electric arrives with a 67kWh battery offering up to 480km of WLTP range, a 220hp (160kW) motor producing 300Nm, and 15 to 80 percent DC fast charging in approximately 24 minutes. Inside, dual 12-inch openR screens run Google built-in with Maps, Gemini voice control, and Google Play, alongside a 9-speaker Harman Kardon system and 440L of boot space. Vehicle-to-load bidirectional charging lets you run external devices off the battery.
The esprit Alpine variant adds 20-inch "speedway" black diamond cut alloy wheels, Alpine styling accents, and 6-way front electric seats with driver massage.
The charger offer is available to private retail customers only and excludes fleet, government, and rental buyers. The charger is supply only, delivered within 31 business days of vehicle delivery. Installation is at the customer's cost and must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Production and delivery lead times of up to 12 months apply.
